The rental process

We offer excellent rooms to excellent tenants.  All of our rooms are fully furnished and en-suite and our studio rooms include kitchenettes with microwaves and fridges.  All of our houses also offer a communal fully-fitted kitchen and area to eat and relax.​

All of our properties are cleaned fortnightly and fire-alarm systems and emergency lighting are checked monthly. 


We pride ourselves in offering a high quality management service with the comfort and safety of our tenants being of primary importance.

 Our job is to provide and maintain a comfortable, safe and enjoyable home.

In order to secure a room we ask initially for a face to face or virtual viewing to be completed so that potential tenants can view the property and we can meet and discuss requirements.

We then send out pre-tenancy documents that require completion and return and we then carry out credit checks and reference checks.

We then ask for payment of the first months rent and a deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent which is placed in the government's TDP scheme.

Keys are then ready for collection and the move in process can occur.
