We've been working on a new project this last week that was all set up to be a quick refurb, with some paint and a fresh new look but once we started working it was a whole different ballgame!
Let's just say that it turned out to be a bio-diverse house that needed plenty of attention before paint colours even got a look in!
But I am currently working with a superb tradesman that was initially employed to fit some new showers and splash-backs, do a bit of joinery work and a roof repair (which in itself is an impressive set of skills for one person) but has ended up doing a whole array of pest-control jobs before any of that could get started. The result?
Well all has been dealt with and he is still on track to finish on time. This job is a million times easier and more enjoyable with great trades people and this guy is up there with the best of them.
