So with the current climate should you hold or sell? We're in a property bubble currently with an unknown end date and an unknown dip at the end of it.
My property journey has taught me to hold, hold ,hold but there are properties going for great prices at the moment.
However the nice thing about property as an investment is that long-term, it's as close to a dead cert as you're ever going to get in the world of investing.
So my plan is to hold and build for the long-term.
