I've spent some time this week, reflecting on our latest refurb. I always like to review a project in order to stop and notice our successes as well as learn from our mistakes and to improve for the next project. I am really proud of what we've achieved with this house and the finish that it offers tenants.
We work hard to make sure that all of the little things are thought about. Each of us deserves the foundation of a great home and a supportive environment that inspires us to do great things with our lives which is why we're so passionate about giving people with aspirations the foundations for success.
The budget may have been blown out of the water somewhat but sometimes that's required to maintain standards. There were many problems to be solved here but that's a big part of what we offer to landlords that work with us. We take on properties, we solve the problems, we pay the rent and we turn things around. This property is a great example of that.
The landlords are getting paid their monthly rent without any headaches, in fact without anything at all to worry about. The property has been transformed and is beautiful inside and out. And we are about to have 5 tenants move in all of whom should enjoy a fantastic home and a hands-on hassle-free management service.
On reflection I am struggling to think what I would have done differently with this house apart from take a deep breath and keep the credit card to hand! I am really proud of my whole team and am proud of what we're offering Sunderland as a city.
