Here at Maidenscott Properties we've had a really exciting 3 months refurbishing and bringing to the HMO rental market, 5 new properties. They are all studio rooms which we feel is important to offer to tenants given the Covid conditions this year and going forward we feel that they will prove really popular.

We've got some lovely big spaces to offer that give tenants an opportunity to relax in their own private space whilst enjoying being a apart of a community at the same time.

The sloping ceilings of the top rooms not only offer a cosy feel but also some great sea views which is an added bonus. So far, our rooms have filled u quickly and tenants seem to be really appreciative of the high spec finish and the ability to call us at any time and have any problems dealt with quickly.
